Preferable Italian Nationality.
Minimum 3 years experience in Restaurant or 5 star Hotel.
The emphasis will be placed on quick, efficient and non-complicated service at all times. Resetting tables must be swift and clearing of plates a priority.
Service is predominantly waiter managed cashiering, with a barman/cashier finishing bills and processing credit cards.
The dispense bar will service most of the beverage needs of the restaurant.
Age between 30 to 35 years old.
Salary negotiable + single room in shared management accommodation, transportation allowance, yearly ticket, government health care free.
